Female-led, high quality first aid training.
We first met back in 2018 while studying Paramedic Science at Swansea University. From the very beginning, we connected over our shared passion for helping others and our determination to make a real difference in emergency care. Over the three years of studying, placements, and supporting each other through the highs and lows of university life, we built a strong friendship — one that continued well beyond graduation.
After qualifying, we all began working as operational Paramedics for the Welsh Ambulance Service — roles we’re still proud to hold today. Working on the frontline, we’ve seen first-hand just how critical those first few minutes of an emergency can be, and how much of a difference confident, early intervention can make.
The idea for our business came about during a weekend away together in Saundersfoot - a chance for us to relax and catch up away from the pressures of shift work. During one of our many chats, we found ourselves talking about how often we arrive at scenes where someone could have made a huge difference if they’d just had the right knowledge and confidence. That conversation sparked something - and by the end of the weekend, we had the beginnings of a plan and a name that truly represented us.
We wanted to create something real - first aid training that’s practical, engaging, and delivered by people who actually do the job. As qualified paramedics, we bring real-world experience to every session, along with a passion for empowering others to act in those crucial moments. Being a female-led team is something we’re proud of, and we’re committed to creating a supportive, inclusive learning environment where everyone leaves feeling confident and capable.
